I'm on Tramadol so my sleep patterns are totally screwed. Even if I doze off in ma chair for a couple of hours I feel no better for it as it's not proper sleep and I feel like a zombie most of the time. If I turn everything off and go to bed I end up tossing and turning and getting back up again after a couple of hours and turning everything back on again so I'm back to square one. Before I was on Tramadol I used to get by on 5 hours a night and felt as fresh as a daisy first thing in the morning, well perhaps after a gallon or 2 of tea. Now night and day just merge into one and if it wasn't for the clock in the corner of ma computer monitor I couldn't tell you what time it was, apart from Tosh's morning thread which is generally started at around 4.30 ish.

I know non of this is helping you, but attempting to read it might have made you feel a bit more sleepy

If it wasn't for tramadol I would be setting up the Hoover hose on my car to stop the pain. Have to beg to get repeat, keep trying to palm me off with ibuprofen. Not even sure amitriptyline is even prescribed for new depressives anymore is all certraline or citalopram these days, effective SSRIs
