I amuses me more when people publicly block someone on the forum when they don't like their posts

The arrogance of assuming that they're preventing someone from looking at their profile when that person probably couldn't give a monkeys anyway is funny to see

Can't say it fusses me either way to be honest, I don't jump through hoops for folk in the real world so I don't on here

I need to to what what and what to get a reply? I have to be what? And type what in the subject heading?......err.....nah....laters

If its something little I might do it and if they ask nicely in their profile but a list of demands and do's and do nots gets passed over fairly quickly.

I do block anyone who doesn't either display a face photo publicly or doesn't send one in a first message. I get too many messages to waste my time having conversations only to find out I've been waiting my time.

Given the number of threads moaning about being blocked surely it's only fair to warn them? Then if they don't want to be blocked they can not message or they can abide by the woman's preferences and criteria.

If they choose to message anyway and ignore what the profile says then they have no reason to complain.

From the threads about it, some people seem to regard being blocked, even by strangers as mortally wounding and traumatic.

No, it a wanting nothing to do with people who behave like arseholes thing.

Blocking makes it easier to remember who you don't want to chat with. It means I don't want to hear from you. Whether that would ever happen is beside the point.

It means I don't have to remember which people have ideologies or behaviour so far removed from mine that I know we wouldn't see eye to eye.
