Does the man just want to ruin cycling more?

He's come out and said he'd cheat again.

It's really annoying considering the damage he did to cycling but he's not content with that so now he's doing more damage. To suggest he'd cheat again would suggest that there's ways around the system which suggests further that other teams may look at this as a possibility and cheat.

Humph.

What he actually said was if he had his time again in the same era (when everyone was doping) he'd dope again.

They didn't ask him what he'd do if he was starting out now.

Not excusing his behaviour but some things have to be taken in the context they were asked in.
