Good evening fabbers

Well another weekend over.

Snuggled on the sofa with my pooch. I pod and youtube at the ready.

So any suggestions for something to delight my ears this evening

It's Sunday, so something sad, pensive and atmospheric on account of the end of the weekend. I'd go for Mazzy Star - Hope Sandoval has the loveliest of voices.

I've just done the ironing to West Side Story ~ fabulous!!

classical wise Agnus Dei (Adagio for Strings) is beautiful.

or tune into Absolute 80's / 90's radio, luvre it!

All excellent choices thank you all.

I am currently listening to the new Pink Floyd album. The Endless River.

Perfect for relaxing into the week ahead. Smooth subtle music which flows over you in waves. Hints of past Floyd glory with modern twists . A salute to their past with an eye on the future

The Placido Domingo classical version of West Side Story is amazing

Speaking of waves, you could p'haps have a listen to :

Katchachurians - Adagio Spartacus and Phrygia

Or maybe Focus II, Moving Waves?

Enjoy.
