Is there a poultice I should be making? Is the term poultice?

A ring of garlic and onion and sage or is that for staving off vampires?

Over the rainbow, under the bridge

I had a dreadful cold all over Christmas and New Year. Felt great after - for about a week. Now got another. It's a shitty feeling.

It doesn't help that I've been out in freezing cold due to my job.
