Roast lamb later with all the trimmings.

Baking a tea loaf at the moment and practicing a hedgehog birthday cake. It may have to be a road kill one if it goes wrong. I'll drizzle it with raspberry coulis!

Slow cooker iz out as I type - braising steak, beans, anchos, guajillos, peppers and chillis off the windowcill along with raw cacao to make a lovely chilli.

Been batch cooking. Done a chili, gholash in the oven and a fish pie ready to go in after. Fresh bread baking as well!

Haggis bon bons with whisky orange marmalade sauce, veg haggis scotch eggs with wasabi mayonnaise, insalata caprese, gratin of roast fennel, romanesco and black sticks blue, beef bourguignon, gameslow cooked stew, fresh scallops with mango salsa on fried Yorkshire chorizo, beetroot carpaccio, fritto misto, veg tempura.....................etc.

teatowel under the lid on low for 6hrs and then grate cheese over top and put on high for last hour with no lid/towel.

tea towel absorbs the condensation from the lid making it less liquid in the bottom of the slow cooker.
