Boob job

I'm currently 34c and thinking about a boob job. What would be a sensible size to go to? I'm thinking roughly 34dd 34e?

Have a look at lingerie before. The selection lessens when you're a larger size.

I never thought of it that way, I guess 34dd is more of a readily available size over 34e

most surgons wont let you go above two cup sizes at a time but they will consult you on which would look better for your body size

One surgeon suggested i did not go more than an E cup...the second surgeon suggested a ff...........

I then considered the fact it was surgery for vanity and looked at a few terrible outcomes and horror stories and decided to be happy with what i have .

Double FF would be way to big for me. I'd really like to goto 34e though as from pictures I've seen at that size they are about what I fancy

They can't give you a definite size that you will end up when having implants. I was a 32 a/b and told them i'd like to be a dd. I ended up a 30ff which I'm happy with but it was bigger than I planned on being.

Anyone want to buy a few cup sizes from me lol. They have their drawbacks. Very expensive underwear and backache. Good thing is I can go out without make up on cos not many people look at the face lol.

You should book at least 3 different consultations with different surgeons. (Not the sales reps that some companies get to speak to you) and see what they say. They will measure your rib cage and see what they've got to work with then advise on the size and placement of implant they think that would be best for you. None of them can tell you what size you will end up it will be a rough guess.

I know someone who hates her new books because they were bigger than expected and she hates the bigger cup lingerie options.

Go to a clinic and speak to the surgeons a good one will advise you as to what looks best and how big you may go normally they will only let you go up 2 cup sizes.

Two cup sizes would take me to 34dd, which would be fine if that's all what they would let me goto, but would prefer to goto 34e

Really? Have we not done enough slagging of women with boob jobs this week?

If you don't like boob jobs, don't get one and don't meet those who have.

There's no need to be fucking rude.

Make sure they show you the implants and look at how big the base of them is - that has to fit nicely onto your ribcage. Some of the teardrop ones are a little narrower but many just get bigger in diameter as you go up sizes and won't always fit onto your body in a flattering way.

Another thing to remember is that even though the company policy re capsular contracture, any other problems etc are important it's the surgeon who's doing the operation that's key! When you've seen the different surgeons from different companies for consults have a google and see if you can find out anything about them. There are also 2 forums that have cosmetic surgery parts, so feminine and look your best. Ask about the surgeons on there too and see if anyone else has had that one and what the aftercare etc has been like.
