Hi all, first time post in the forum, and only on here a few days ( if any ladies come or visit north of scotland add me as a friend). Anyway was wondering how woman feel about sime guy randomly walking up to them and asking if they would like to go on a date. I did this a couple of days ago for the first time without any alcohol involved or chat beforehand to clear the pathway. I just looked right over at a woman in the supermarket car park, gave her a big smile and saw her smile back, so i took my cue walked right up to her still smiling and asking if she was martied. She replied no and i asked if she fancied going out for a drink sometime, my.luck was in and she said yes. I gave her my number, and there you have it. Date planned for next week.

i know not everyone can do this, you really do need a lot of confidence and brush off any knick backs without a blink, but im starting to think this might be tge best way of all to pick up women. I think they are very flattered that a guy comes rught up to them like this. I hope it dint seem creepy. Another thing i think in this scenario a kind of buisness card would be the best way, the fumble for tge phone and exchange of numbers could lose the moment.

what you all think?

It makes me feel flattered, and i think it's a compliment that a guy would ask me out randomly, but it can come off as creepy if it happens near my house (like it did last week) coz then i worry the guy knows where i live.

Don't know if a business card would be a good idea really, might think you're chatting them up to get business lol?

Welcome to the forums, if you have the confidence to do it then keep it up, your approach seems to be working

I think a business card would need to be handled correctly - you don't want to look as if you try it on that often, it was worth your while to have a run of 200 cards printed off...
