I prefer the Euro type bacon, controversial I know but that applewood smokey flavour of the streaky type just does it for me. Always remember as a youngster being in hotels and the Brits not liking the bacon, I just kept my mouth shut and happily chomped away. Never admitted that until now, feel liberated .

Mmm bacon! I had a sausage butty for lunch but i could eat bacon all day any day!

One of my last meets i stayed at his and in the morning he made me american pancakes, oscar mayers bacon, scrambled eggs and maple syrup! It was amazing

I do like omelette,s I tend to use more Eggs than necessary thats because I love Eggs yes I love grated cheddar cheese in Them and mushrooms to they are a nice meal Indeed..

Maple Syrup with the bacon?

Had it in the states years ago and I still can't make my mind up about it!

Also, anyone tried bacon jam? Totally bizarre, I hated it, I have to say.
