My actual business is I buy and sell already established Internet website sites, normally fitness Internet businesses.

Having a designer design an ecommerce site from scratch will most likely cost you a pretty penny depending on complexity and any shopping cart integrations/CRM's and tracking you want built into it.

So what you could do is just Install WordPress which is literally 1 click install and then buy a premium ecommerce theme for about $100.

For themes check out:

Theme Forest

Woothemes (Woocommerce)

Thesis also do good themes.

For shopping cart I use Infusionsoft and for tracking I'm integrated with Google Analytics on my main site.

To have an ecommerce site designed from scratch will cost a fortune and a lot of headaches.

Themeforest is a fantastic site to get the look you need, Between that and googling, you can create the site you want.
