Aparently Sky are going to be activating an adult content block on all broadband accounts over the next few weeks. Not as previously stated new customers only. To turn it off you have to log into your account and turn off the shield.

Just thought I'd share that with you lot lol

B & M Bargains

Mine has already done this a few times recently when the broadband cuts out it resets so I have to tick over 18 on my account!

I am under the impression that they will be mailing you asking if you want to activate it - not the other way around.

I just don't use their shield. No issues then.

As long as it's easy for the account holder to toggle the filters on and off then I say well done Sky for taking a lead on this and I think the others should follow suit.
