Stood the test of time,,When my parents passed away and we cleaned out the house,i found a little clay Thumb pot i'd made in infant school, still have it now

yep - made my mum some lovely place mats out of some nice textile material - she died in Spain and when we cleared the house out - she still had them - now very cherished - made them 35 years ago

A little Xmas tree decoration made from cardboard egg carton and pipe cleaners, painted with water paints and then glitter stuck on. Found it in mums attic when we clearing the house after she had passed away. Forty five year old it is!

My first human skin lampshade.

I murdered Mr. Buckle our religious studies teacher. Being a large gentleman he afforded me the material to make a very sizable pagoda style shade which still has pride of place on the bureau in my laboratory.

sadly i moved country after my exams and wasnt able to retrieve my art coursework. Still makes me smile when i found out they displayed it and used it as good examples of how to lay things out..

but I wasn't that kind of a kid..I was an outdoor kind of kid, I was always outside doing something.

I was never the type to sit inside building models out of fucking wood, that would drive me batshit.

Then my Dad bought me my First Motocross bike when I was like 7 years old and that was kind of my childhood.

I was an outdoor kid.

I have a letter that I wrote to my nan when I was at cub camp. I wrote it when I was twelve and she kept it. Was really surprised when I found it as she was the type of woman that threw everything away.

Yes I have a creative writing book from junior school that I go back to when I dont feel too passionate about my writing. I get a good laugh out of childhood me. I also have a case full of "artwork" that I just cant bring myself to chuck.

I found a box of things in my mums when she passed away,in there was all my old certificates and awards,there was also a little wooden star covered in glitter that I'd done for her one xmas when I was about 7,

Yes I have a hedgehog that I made from clay, dates back to my primary school days, another hedgehog also made from clay but also glazed from my secondary school days! But top of the list has to be a small pot that my dad made when he was at school

Like a few people have said I too found some things when my mam passed away. Drawings and dairies from my infants. A cross stitch sewing case which I now use. A wooden box I made and a metal coat hanger. Those were the days. Lol.

Meat Tenderiser (Woodwork, age 12) amd a small metal hammer (Metalwork obviously, aged 11)

Dad used the hammer almost everyday in work and still has it now. I'm older than I care to admit lol.

My mum recently gave me a box containing all the poems and stories I wrote in primary school. Plus my exercise books covered in old wallpaper from secondary school. The wallpaper itself took me back without opening any of the books.

Oh yeah, I made a tea trolly in woodwork for mum and dad when I was at secondary school around 45 yrs ago. I now have it back, still in good condition with a portable telly on in the garage!...my daughter in law recently saw it and said don't you dare pass that down to us...can't for the life of me understand why!

I've still got and use a barn top tool box I made in metalwork and a wooden box with a sliding perspex top. My mum still has the fire utensil set I made taking pride of place in front of the electric fire

After my Mum died, found the pink gingham pinny I made her in primmary school ... Still have it now ... Plus picts and pottery creations me n my brothers n sisters made that we found in the loft All our school reports and xmas crafts kept too ... Awwww good memories
