Have slept full time since i got back off me hols and now i cant sleep at all.

Nope....

Same here tonight... Just can't get off!

Used to just have a bath and a few stiff drinks... but scared i'll fookin drown now lol..

.. Circadian rhythm sleep disorder

I have had it for over 20 years lol

As a rule, i can only sleep an average of 5-7 hours every 44 hours

Its good though in some ways, i have time to get lots more done lol
