The article states that he exposed himself in the church porch after parading around the churchyard with a wreath from a war memorial on his head.

Mentions nothing about exposing himself in the churchyard.

I can't help but be a little confused by your comment OP. Maybe I'm missing something.

Exposing yourself in a public place has been an offence for, well, as long as I can remember.

Are you suggesting that we should be allowed to parade around graveyards in the buff?

Personally, I like to think I have a little more respect for the dead.

Didn't realise that it was an offence to have a wreath on your head in a graveyard, unless you've stolen it from a grave? and as for exposing himself....who did he flash? The dead?
