It's safe to say a way to my heart is my stomach! Love cooking myself, particularly making homemade meatballs.

What are your signature dishes?

Your meatballs sound delish.

I love cooking. I don't have a signature dish though.

Friends know that if they come to mine, they'll likely be tucking into something sweet to savoury and everything in between

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

I do a wicked steak, with all the trimmings - home made chunky chips, beer battered onion rings, mushroom and grilled tomato.

A few friends ask for my macaroni and cheese (usually done with onions, peas and bacon)

Do a pretty good beef casserole

Chicken stuffed with brie wrapped in bacon.

My mash tatties are legendary apparently.

And I do a bloody good sticky toffee pudding, and lemon meringue pie. Also do a few different cheesecakes (rasp and dark choc, maltesers, or baileys)

I Love cooking!

Tandoori chicken, Tikka masala and my own twist on Bombay potato (more tomato based) goes down particularly nicely with minty corriander yoghurt and some home made chapatis fried in butter....

Ah the curry is not the bad part, as I don't like coconut much I use more natural yoghurt and spices.... I meant the chapatis fried in butter

Still, after doing Paleo last year for a month or two and losing over a stone (whilst not exercising and eating meat at every meal) I fully endorse the whole full, natural fats in moderation rather than endless "low fat" but sweetener filled options most diets provide you with :-/

No time for Paleo now though, involves prepping 3 meals a day an I don't wanna spend my whole day off planning for the week it's just not relaxing haha

Oh and my meatballs last night went down a treat, I did some beef but also did some Turkey as I'm trying to eat slightly healthier and I thought it'd be a bit of a change anyway
