Somewhere in North Norfolk

Why would I care? As long as they did the job well and didn't bring their private life with them to work.

Swingers are regular people, not some weird species.

"How would I know?"

I meant how would I know he/she is a swinger?

Well you would have to consider the job at hand - but for 99% of jobs yeah sure why not? Unless it is something hugely in the public eye where a "sex scandal" type news article is likely to be published and detrimental to business then I can't see why not.

Biased tho, as we are all here. I'm sure people; who are not here an haven't got an informed understanding of sites like this, would find it much less appealing...

Well if he/she brought it up at the interview I wouldnt give them the job:

1. He/she has not displayed discretion

2. He's/she's a bit of a dick for bringing it up at interview.

Seriously how would you know? We don't walk into rooms announcing we are swingers.

"Morning everyone got little question for you all today .would you employ a new employee if he or she was on a swinging sites yes /no/maybe"
. How would you know ?No serious job applicant is going to list swinging on their list of hobbies and interests . If they did , they would be a complete fool.

Or completely honest?

You cannot blackmail someone who has no secrets.

Some people are completely open about their lifestyle choice, why penalise them for being too honest?

"Morning everyone got little question for you all today .would you employ a new employee if he or she was on a swinging sites yes /no/maybe"
. If this came to light during an interview it would indicate that the applicant was indiscrete . If they are indiscrete in issues such as this , it would make you wonder what other weaknesses they had. A job interview should be focused on your strengths and weakness and your ability to do the job.

Morning hotrod.

It would rather depend on if s/he was the best qualified for the position.

However, I have to say that if I was employing someone in a position so sensitive (say government minister) that I felt the need to do in depth background checks including sexual activity then no.

Luckily I don't!

I wouldn't because from reading the forums over the past few years far too many people on fab perving and posting while they should be working

Productivity would fall through the floor and I'm not paying people to perve

. Probably academic as it would never arise in an interview situation in real life .

"What if you got the sack for being a swinger? And gave no explanation?"
. Nothing I could do about it as I am sure the firm would give a different reason. Probably academic as I keep a low profile and would never consider discussing issues such as these at work.
