MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

Don't use any body lotion before putting them on, slick them with water.

Fake tan can affect how they stick too.

If they roll down, wear them a bit lower.

I like tesco ones, and Markies do good ones too.

I've only got one pair (M&S 60 denier) that will actually stay put when walking about. Have heard giving the strip a quick blast with a hairdryer can help too, but haven't tried this out for myself.

Brighton - even Hove!

Ladies wear hold ups so men like me can pull them down

Id recommend the M&S hold ups also, I've worn them at clubs, nights out etc and they've always done a good job!

Good old M&S work for me too. Just a case of getting the right size or they will roll down.

Hold ups are great to look at, much better than stockings n suspenders imo - am sure when you wear them and they start to slip some kind chap will help you stick them in place

Mine always roll down and I have tried many brands. Curse my thunder thighs; I am sticking with stockings or tights.

Over the rainbow, under the bridge

I wear them all day long every day. Rare that I have problems and only then with old ones that are ready to be binned.

Marks or Lewis's are best I find. Primark 60denier are ok but don't last as long.

No way would I use superglue

And it's not stockings i want it's hold ups

Simple question

Thanx for people who have suggested m& s as I may try them

I'm only 5ft 2 so wondering if small size is best or should I go a size bigger

Xxx

It's not just about height. If you're slender small might be best. But if you're curvy I'd go bigger. There's usually a size guide on the package.

I always wear hold ups. Do not bath or shower right before wearing and do not use lotions.

I only ever wear charnos elegance 10 denier range in variuos colours and levanti for thick opaques.

They are 7.50 and 10 pounds respectively but i can honestly say they hqve never fallen down.

Like everything in life you get what you pay for. X
