Oh feck it's cold boiler broke down on Sat waiting on engineer to come out today need warming up

if it is a combi boiler check the pipe that drips the water outside isn't frozen solid - that'll stop a boiler in this weather

im asking what was said about the boiler as i know british gas for there crap about boilers need replacing due to cant get new parts for them

also of interest please state what type of boiler you have with the name on it
