I don't normally have a bet but today I have had a couple of lucky 15s and a few single bets not won much but I am up a few pounds and I must say I can understand how people get a problem it's was fun but addictive if your not careful especially on your phone so easy to do there should be more guidance

There's plenty of guidance I'm a fan of going to the casino and whilst it's fun to go there's a time to walk away

Inside there's posters with numbers for gambling helplines etc same as in the bookies

You can't babysit people all the time

In regards to mobile betting you can set withdrawl limits up to ensure you don't go over a set limit

Some people have addictive personalities I'm one of them so know I have to have self control over things, I only gamble on the national and the derby. Some can take or leave a drink and some will become addicted, its there in certain people to become addicted to anything

I'm useless and always end up backing the donkey so just pound bets for me x as kids my dad would put bets on for us at the races.

Maybe you should speak to gamblers anonymous if you are worried about your behaviour? Not saying you have a problem but maybe chatting to an expert might help.

Lol I don't have a problem or am I worried I think money is to hard to come by am just saying it's fun but and very easy to do but thanks for the advice
