I've never had a snow day. Used to piss me off when I would travel 16 miles in snow to get to work but people who lived round the corner would say they couldn't make it in

I would also like some snow please.

I have warm toasty boots and a selection of hats and scarves and gloves (some that I even knitted myself) so bring on the snow!

But please give me an extra half hour to walk to work since they don't think of us slippy slidey pedestrians in their road gritting rampages...

that's the thing isn't it, you sprain your ankle on the way in, or crash your car into someone and have a claim for damage and whiplash against you for the next 5 years, all to get into work late, get told off and then sent home at lunchtime because everyone else phoned in and took the day off!

Nope, we are sick of the sight of it up here.

Thankfully not much lying today but still falling steadily...

You are welcome to it.

As much as I like milky blue skies and crisp air, I want the white stuff to fall right now because I'd really like to build a snowman! Plus I have far too many wooly things that aren't getting used, bring it I say!

If you want snow and keep lookiti forlornly out of the window, it wont snow. Pretend you hate it and draw the curtains and it might just happen. Its true!!!
