I'm really prone to them, I've used a liquid called Tend Skin or one called Ingrow Go that helped, but both are really drying.

Stick a very sharp needle in and wiggle it about helps flick out the hair tip

so do I I got bored with boil and abscess popping so moved onto ingrowing hairs some are so long
