Just wanted some advice.

When you own a business arent you meant to keep a record of business Transactions over 5 years?

I ordered some custom fangs back in 2012 which were meant to be for a photo shoot. The man claimed I had to redo a mold for my teeth. So he sent out another lot of stuff to mold my teeth with.

It was then too late. And since then I've been pretty busy moving house and getting a divorce.

He still has my money and not given me a refund. He said its too old to trace it back, yet I found my transactions of me paying him in 2012, sent him the print screen and not heard anything back.

Quite annoyed by it. All I want is an anseer "no you can't have a refund cos of such and such" or "yes I'll refund you"

O o O oo

Having a bank statement/ receipt is proof enough for a sale, but it was two years ago. I am not sure if the timescale will be against you.

Six years for tax purposes I believe yes.
