Ok we have a new puppy and currently he is trying to hump anything that moves and many things that don't !!

I don't know where he gets the energy from lol

Anyone know how long this goes on for?

When our Gordon was a pup he was the same, even after he had his nads off, to the point of oassing out. His favourite things were a bone shaoed cushion and shirley pups head

Good luck! My pug stan has a long standing relationship with a stuffed badger, if I have friends over he pulls badger out and humps away as if to say 'look what I can do!'

We have an 5 month old dachshund who humps his monkey teddy....totally normal behaviour

As has been said humping can relate to dominance
