To get warm? I think I'm cold through to the bone, I just can't warm up!

Had a hot drink, I think I might try a hot bath. My feet are always freezing (perfect in bed ).

How do you guys do it?

I have heard of a technique for warming your feet up, although it sounds counter intuitive it is aid to work well, though i haven't personally tried it.

Apparently you sit with your feet in ice cold water for up to 15 minutes, then dry them off and they then become toasty for several hours.

Other than that, vigorous exercise for 20 minutes or even some ironing gets the blood warmed up and flowing.

There is rumoured to be a further advantage to this technique, after several goes at it you have a few less toe nails to bother nail varnishing.

I'm not sure, I think it was the brightly coloured towel. You can't exercise vigorously wearing that around your waist.
