I keep stress buying. I do really well then another run of sleepless nights and mega stressful days and I want chocolate..

If you are stressed you tend to comfort eat...and you don't comfort eat on healthy stuff..address your stress then you should be able to address your eating habits. I tend not to keep junk good in my house

this might not be your junk food. But as soon as I realised it was actually tomato sauce I like more than anything else, it mean I didnt want the shite arsed burgers I'd drive for and waste my money on.

Granted take aways are nice - a way around this that I have found is, to find a really fucking nice one. That is just too expensive for take away prices. The thing is, no other take aways compare as a result - and it's usually only if I am pissed or starving or in fact wanting a decent take away that I will pay the bit extra for the couple that I have found a superb.

Ok, I've been eating loads of chocolate, crisps, and cheese and crackers. No real food.

From October-December I was living on green smoothies, grilled chicken and fish and lots of veg and fruit and oats.

No dairy at all and no sugar or fatty foods.

I need to start my green smoothies again today.

Just stepped on the scales. I was 9st 10 ish, and now I'm 10st 4.5lbs!!!!

Really, really baaaaaaaaad...

I'm starting back today by trying to drink lots of water, as that helps too. I used to aim for as much as five pints a day - it's amazing for your skin!

I used stress as an excuse for eating the whole of last year, piled on 2 stone. I'm no less stressed really but I'm learning to handle it better and got some willpower. Dropped 2.5stone since September and have no intention of putting it back on no matter how bloody stressed I am!

Knock it on the head asap, or a few lbs becomes a stone and then it's much harder to shift! Good luck.

My advice as a Personal Trainer/Nutritionist, is simply remove all the junk for your home and that resists temptation.

Quite easily on a cold boring night we feel the need to indulge.

Drinking water or eating veg/salad helps prevent cravings as it has fibre that makes you feel full.

Other options include oatmeal or if your a lover or chocolate why not try Pure Whey Protein Shakes.

Highly recommend these tips to my clients and the main this is that it works.

I weighed myself this morning and was horrified.

Just done an extra long dog walk and I'm never eating chocolate again. I don't even like crisps! No clue why I was eating those.
