Fantastic way to get swede ready for mashing without losing your fingers trying to peel it... Throw it in the microwave whole for 10 mins turn it over and put on for another 10 mins and slice the top off and scoop out the middle

thanks for that will use that next time.. i cheated this time and used a bag of already peeled and diced carrot and swede lol
