Hopefully I'm not going to be the only person on Fabs who holds the view that some of the underwear produced by the likes of Ann Summers is truly horrific. Specifically, anything with the word "peephole" in the description. Designers who thought that could ever be erotic need their head checking. Bras or pants, they both seem cheap and nasty.

Or am I missing something fundamental here?

Well if I tell the truth I hate bras so have them on only if I have too. And pants 9/10 black small ones with a little lace at times G strings all different .. I like cotton or silk .. no made made stuff for me .

Finding nice underwear for men is v difficult. Found the Bikkembergs brand which I really like (and is now in most of my pics!). Plus Hom underwear is good.

Couldn't imagine wearing "sexy" elephant trunk type men's underwear from places like Ann Summers.

Blokes get the rough end of the deal on undies. Andrew christian and calvin klien for me. Andrew christian have some great choices.

For ladies some of the more boutique makers like Made by Nikki, Maison Close are amazing sexy.

I have a peephole set.. I don't like the knickers; they seem a little pointless but the bra is lovely- it's mostly lace with a ribbon so you can adjust the peep, I feel it's slightly erotic and I like that you can show just a hint of naughtiness with it.

Some sets are really not nice all at all, but each to their own, would be a boring world if we were all the same.

Less frill for me. Not a fan of that.

Simple and elegant design is best.

I don't rate ann summers underwear, way too expensive for what it is and most of it does look tacky.

I like those bras that are sort of balconette style cups but with like a strap over the top of the cup but I dunno what the style is called??

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

I don't do peephole, but do have a couple of demi cup bras that are very pretty but only for bedroom wear.

Most of my underwear is either lepel or charnois, with the odd flash off aubade thrown in (which I truly love) or my very retro what katie did 50s style undies.

Aubade stuff is beautiful.

I can never get demi cup bras to work on me, look fantastic on other people though!
