I guess I'm not a real man. Have cried loads in recent weeks, from sadness, from happiness and from watching soppy movies. What is wrong with me??

Perhaps it's the fact that you are human and emotions build up and need releasing. Lol

Real men do ......Don't that saying come from the war days , Men seeing their friends dieing was a way of getting them to be strong to help others around them ? Was something my granddad said he was in the war .

In fact it's healthy, if you want to cry, cry. Otherwise whatever is upsetting you gets bottled up.

Titz Towers, North Notts

On Desert Island Discs, Ray Winstone admitted to crying when West Ham were promoted. If it's good enough for The Daddy, then it is good enough for me.

Near MK

Had a few tears here too in last 12 months. Both of joy and sadness. I don't feel it's a problem for a man to show his feelings.

The last time I had a tear in my eyes was watching the program on the boxing day tsunami, When the brother and sister met up with the Woman who looked after them for the first time in 10 years, It was very emotional

I think it has a greater impact on me if a man cries. I think men should let their emotions out more. We have too much of the stiff upper lip still.

The issue is not with the man that cries but is with the man who feels he can't , human expression is nature .

Was that the one where the scientists had to leave their pack of dogs but one man went back to find them? If it is it gets me every time
