Which iPhone Apps are good for getting fitter and toning up a bit?

Does anybody know of any that keep you motivated?

Myfitnesspal is good to keep a track of food, exercise, goals etc.

It's a great app, but ultimately, it's down to the effort you out in to see the results. No app in the world can do that for you.

Brighton - even Hove!

There's one called motim8 and it screams 'run faster, ya lazy bastard!' at varying intervals.

Would it not be more advisable to turn your IPhonme off and go for a lengthy and brisk walk twice a day?

I do that already, well most days. I want to get fitter than just 'walking fit'.

Then jog.... Or do the supposedly best thing and sprint/walk alternately
