My favourite way to workout is in the gym and my favourite exercise is the t-bar row. I like the way it builds my thickness in the back

Decline bench press

Love the feeling of blood running to your head whilst trying to lift weight and avoid the inevitable of a mate trying to tea bag you at the same time

I'm going to be honest and say I hate all forms of excerise, I cycle on average 30 miles a day and I have a run on the thread mill for an hour a day but I don't enjoy it at all I have to force myself to get on that tread mill some days

St Mellons, Cardiff

I do 30 mins treadmill with increased incline, 30 to 40 mins weights/resistance training, followed by 45 mins on a cross trainer. I wear a heart rate monitor and aim to get my BPM over 145. I try to do this 3 to 4 times a week. Been doing this since October and has made a big difference to my health and fitness levels.

I'm having a small love affair with kettlebells at the moment.

Hurts like hell, post workout, but the results are worth every ache. Felling brilliant since I started using them.

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I do stretch and abs classes, and fitness DVDs at home. I have to build my fitness up before I go and embarrass myself in front of the young women at my gym.
