"I'm not going to comment for others but personally I've fasted a total of 7 days for the past 9, and found that training, particularly cardio actually felt a lot EASIER on an empty stomach, I do get bouts of mild dizziness and tiredness in between though, so be careful if you decide to try it." For the purpose of this post I meant fasting in the morning until after you exercise then eating afterward. | |||

" I'm very aggressive when it comes to fat loss, I'd rather have an intense few weeks of dieting and regain my definition quickly, than draw it out over several months gently, but fasting can be dangerous and it's not something I'd recommend to just anyone, it's something I've practiced and built up to steadily over the years. | |||
