The guideline is 10,000 steps a day and I don't think it will hurt anyone if they want to see how near to that they are getting. OP.. I have a polar watch which tracks calories burnt and my heart rate. Again, not a necessity but I've found it very interesting to know how different exercises are working for me with regards to burning fat etc. most of my exercise is weight based. I don't use the extra calories as food though, it all helps towards my deficit. | |||
