For myself and my fiancé, when we look at pictures of women we both prefer the look of natural boobs. But, when done well, you can't always tell if they are fake or not.

I find a woman attractive...not just her boobs. I agree that the melons shoe-horned under the skin is not very aesthetically pleasing, but if I have got as far as seeing them, then I am usually into the lady enough not to care.

It is no worse than blancmange boobs

As for fabbed pics...I usually go for symmetry. Its the overall shape that is key.

I didn't get my boobs done to be greedy, I had them done so I could feel more womanly after years of being flat chested.

I was totally against my ex GF having Breast enhancement, after the op she was really Ill and in significant pain. When the pain subsided,we went underwear shopping and wow did she look amazing in the new bra's I bought her, sex was difficult for a while but when things settled down they looked amazing when she was on top, just perfect and firm and bouncy, however like many women I have heard of who have Breast procedures she started to wear very revealing tops and half cup bras and I heard rumours she had been sting around , she started hiding her phone and getting texts and calls at all hours and then the next thing was she created a big argument, walked out and next thing amazingly she had met someone else ,

I have a life thank you, it's full and varied and enjoyable.

My preference is that whoever wants to meet me doesn't move the goalposts during the process and that I never feel I have to explain what may be distressing and emotive motives for my life choices to a stranger I'm considering meeting for anonymous sex.

Yes, we all have preferences, and it's ok to discuss them - but there's no need to be so disparaging about other people's bodies or choices!

I have to feel right about somebody before I meet them, but If I liked a women than I'd treat her the same if she had her own natural breasts, augmented ones (not "fake" - "fake boobs" are what drag artists use!), or if she had none, or scars, or whatever...

Thanks to those of you who have shown themselves to be sensitive and humane...

I hate threads like these just as much as the "which do you prefer curvy or skinny" threads, both are designed to promote one as the negative. Slim people with fake boobs on here get a shit deal.

Half the birds slating fake boobs have fat natural boobs which in my opinion is like alloys on a Robin reliant, if the same people slating fake boobs were naturally slim then maybe they themselves would need a little enhancement, after all a tit is made up of fat.

I have never met a woman who didn't have real breasts. I prefer them big as find it so sexy when she got her legs over my shoulder and my chest is against her boobs. Would it change mine or her pleasure if they weren't real? It's nothing to do with how much you pay. It's to do with how much implant/tissue/muscle you have to work with. Some of the most renowned surgeons that charge a shit load are well known for doing some of the coconut style boobs that you mention. They just listen to the people who say make them as big as possible and don't make recommendations based on rib cage size and existing tissue.

Was gonna write something similar but some people are too narrow minded to even pay attention. I had this idea in my head that I could have these E cup boobs when I went to my surgeon 8 years ago, but he told me I didn't have enough breast tissue to accommodate that size implant also that I'd need sub muscular ones. He said he gets most of his work from referrals and keeps a portfolio of all his work and told me that if I went for the bigger implant it wouldn't look right. 8 years and a child later my skin has stretched enough to go bigger but it's finding the money again!

I used to moderate a cosmetic surgery forum (the breast augmentation section) and by moderate it wasn't like on here where they need to stop people bickering lol. It was researching and telling people the ins and outs. I've seen a lot of real life stories and pictures and some people went ahead with what they had in their head even against the advice of the surgeon and were devastated with the results.

Boobs are boobs and I like all varieties. In my real life experience augmented boobs on a woman who has done her research and chosen wisely look great. Do I wish mine were all round and pert and as big as they used to be? Damn right, I do. But they look OK in a bra and I have yet to find anyone who's run off in horror at their squishiest when the bra comes off.

How can it be different if it's for medical reasons? Most of them look just the same as any other breast enhancement surgery.

How would you know someone's reasons for surgery unless you ask and why is a random no strings fuck off the internet entitled to know someone's history, especially a history they may prefer to leave behind them instead of dragging it about and making a fuss over it?

Different people have different opinions and we shouldn't get upset over others but on the same token we shouldn't chastise.

I personally have no preference and have experienced both natural and enhanced.

An ex of mine wanted her boobs enhanced and I did try put her off a little but she felt hers were too small and she felt it affected her confidence. She was a 32b and her boobs looked great and perfectly in proportion to her body but she didn't see that.

The only reason I tried to put her off was the worry that something could go wrong. It's a surgical procedure after all and I was worried it could cause complications to a perfectly healthy woman.

I know women that's had procedures and have seen the change that it's made in their life so for me and imo....... What I think of fake and natural boobs is irrelevant. If the woman is happy, confident and feeling sexy, then all the better!

M s C has 100% natural and they are not fat tits either. I have felt plenty of fake tits and they do feel totally different, I prefer natural all the way for me.
