I'm getting mightily pissed off with this cold now!! Had it since before Christmas and it Won't bloody shift!!

Sore throat and cough now

I just want a good nights sleep

you have my sympathy Evie ..... I was struck down with a cold at beginning of December and it has been one thing after another

just getting rid of it now so you may have a way to go yet sorry to say

no idea on spelling but they numb your throat.. love them

I've had a lingering cold for weeks now, too. I feel your pain

Mine is not really as bad as yours sounds, although has had it's moments. Just want the bloody thing to bugger off!

it lasts about a month with some lingering cough

ive had it and just got rid of the damn thing before xmas week

i tried all sorts to get rid of it even sweating the damn thing out and it still wouldnt shift it

I had flu just before Christmas, for my cough I found honey to be the best thing for me, a spoon on a morning and another at night..good stuff..

Very true honey especially manuka honey is very good for you and kills the bad bacteria! I tend to have a spoon or two in a cup of hot ribena it does the trick! As does olbas oil on pillows at night and a bit of pholcodeine linctus
