It's important but not to the top clubs or they wouldn't field weeker teams than in the league !

Multiball.

The last 20 minutes is played with 3 balls on the pitch in a free for all medley inspired by Pinball tables.

1) Take the semis away from Wembley and have them at a mutual ground again. Having them their spoils the romance of the traditional day out at Wembley

2) Put proper games on the Tele... Like blythe Spartans v Birmingham

"A champions league place for the winners."

I would love that idea but then every country would have to adopt that idea too

The only way to make it as distinguished as it was is to reduce the prize money for clubs in the premiership and to make the champions league only for the winners of the league, not for the top 3-4 clubs. Then the tops clubs wouldn't be chasing quite so hard the top few places in the league.

"A champions league place for the winners."

Stupid idea. What happens when the winner has already qualified for Europe so the runner up gains an entry. Europa league fair enough. Not the champs league

"When was it not important? "

When Man United binned it off for the World club cup or whatever it's called in 2000.

The Europa league won't be any incentive to any football club.

Have the lower placed team (by league position at time of draw) always be the Home team.

Except for the neutral semi's and Wembley final.

"It's important but not to the top clubs or they wouldn't field weeker teams than in the league !"

why would they field their 'top' team when some of them have easily gotten through the round against much 'lower level' opposition..?

its good experience for the squad players..

Who cares if its important to the big clubs?!

FA cup is all about the cliches; the giant killings, the David v goliath moments, guessing the players' day jobs, the amount of times the commentator says 'this is a real cup tie'
