I got one of these 'wonder boxes' yesterday but tonight, can't watch a flipping thing due to constant buffering. Contacted them on live chat which was about as useful as udders on a bull ...anyone else had this issue and if so, did you resolve it and how?

Not had any issues at all with ours and we are nearing the end of the 3 month 'trial'

Is your broadband up n running OK ? Have you done a speed check to make sure you haven't had a drop in service ?

Yes tried all that and reset the box, it was fine last night but it's getting soooo close to hurtling out of the window tonight lol
