"I do it easy for my self on my muscle diet and eat all my protein in chicken, 1kg of chicken aday, 300g carbs and 270g protein. Plus drink 2liter of water aday." those amounts will vary from starting weight, body fat percentage, training needs etc. 2 ltr of water a day is the advised level for normal healthy bodies - it should be increased for exercise - again on a scale depending on requirements. BTW I'm a gym instructor, but would never advise online without seeing someone.

"I do it easy for my self on my muscle diet and eat all my protein in chicken, 1kg of chicken aday, 300g carbs and 270g protein. Plus drink 2liter of water aday." The key is balancing carbs and protein and a great rule to stick to is just drink water. Also depends if you are looking to lose or gain weight? If you are looking to lose weight try to lose no more than 2lb a week that way you will not lose strength. Remember as a rule of thumb 500 calories is approximately 1lb of fat so if you eat 500 more than you burn then you will put on a 1lb and vice versa! So to summarise you need to tailor your diet around your training ie eat more on training days and try a 70/30 protein to carb diet. If you eat something fatty reduce your carbs to compensate. Good luck, msg me if you want to discuss further I'd be willing to write you a diet if you can give me more info on your training plan

"Wondered if someone can write me up an eating plan, foods to stay away from, foods that are best for you when training. Maybe even a set menu that kind of thing. I'm going for increase in muscle and general fitness I know the basics, but I'm looking for a more in depth diet plan. Would be much appreciated I've got the training side sorted just want to sort out my diet. All the online ones and things or found in leaflets are all good but they tend to wonder away from what it is I'm looking for I just want a straight to the point answer no bull! " Would happily write you one!
