Nigerian Junk Mail

Just been cleaning out my junk email box and often think it would be such fun to open some of the messgaes that start 'greetings my dear' and such like just to suggest that if they want to give me umpteen million they sould pay for my help in advance (lol). I am sure you know the sort of thing ..... However, I never open them as I haven't a clue what I may catch!

Has anyone done anything like this to even the score with the scammers? Just curious.

i have found that if you "open them" , it causes a computer proggrame somewhere to send you more of the same

that is the case even if you delete and mark as fishing junk

they just change the e mail slightly and continue to bombard you all the more

so my advice is DONT OPEN !

yeah - they are phishing emails sent to loads of people, then if you open them they know they have found a real email address and will try other nasty things!!

These internet scams must make it difficult for legitimate nigerian officials to share huge sums of money with strangers.
