I enjoyed it but took me a while to remember who was who and on whose side. Aside from that I like the fact it has a main plot with interesting sub plots. I like the actors,the scenery and the very good acting. I might watch the first 4 series' again before the next starts

starts of fairly slow so it is something you have to stick with.....

I think it has actually gotten better because thy have cut down on the amount of sex and violence from the first couple of series to concentrate more on the story telling.....

I have read theses too. Very similar story in parts to the history channel Vikings.

The Saxon tales should be very good. Especially if the women are as good looking as in the books
