That'd probably stop the snoring in my ear :P you almost want to spoon but it's too uncomfortable for long periods, when she lays on my arm it goes dead after about 5 min :/ I'm just happy to hug when awake but sleep time is sleep time but she wants 24/7 hugs

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Declare your side first!

I can't sleep with people I don't know well. They have to put up with my snoring and my demands for spooning and for space when I get hot and need some proper sleep.

Have a snuggle time and then retreat to own side of bed for sleep

Then as you start to wake up back to snuggles for waking slowly

I only have one fb who stays overnight. He's the same as me in the fact that when we're ready for sleep we both like our space. Luckily I have a kingsize bed cos at 7ft 2 and 20 stone space can be a bit limited lol

Weeks? Really?

Why not just have a night alone? You'll sleep much better.

Or are you handcuffed to each other and have lost the key?

A

im a crap sleeper but sleep better when he stays over - that might be due to the exercise regime we go through before heads touch the pillows though - we love snuggling to sleep together - waking up like that is pretty damn good too

I would expect you to be comfortable and turn over etc. I know how difficult it is though,I have been sleeping alone for about 20 years and I end up staring at the man next to me most of the night while he snores. Only with someone I know well can I relax and that doesn't happen often

little house on the praire

Do you have a spare bed you can go in on occasion if I'm having a particularly bad night I will go in the spare room.

It also sounds like a new relationship and we all no what they are like to start with you do think your joined at the hip but try have cuddle time before sleep and then get in your own positions. You can always cuddle when you wake up as well

I have to say I sleep better when the bestie stays over .. Start off snuggling n spooning but then get into a postion I feel comfy.. So maybe you try that. Lots of bedtime excersise before hand too helps

In the middle

I find it difficult too but I just make it clear that after snuggles I have to move away to be comfortable, I think they appreciate it too as they can also settle down to a proper sleep
