My neighbour said that to me four years ago, just seen her mum walking home from hers now...dunno why someone would do this?

This is a bit sad as well but i made friends with a teen girl on holiday once, her family lived near me, and she was a nice kid but after some time i realised she was making up her whole life because her stepdad was abusing her (physically and mentally). It was obvious to most people she was making stuff up about her life but most people didn't know why.
