Feeling saggy right now! Xx" Try and be sensible, this goes for others too, if you haven't worked out for a considerable amount of time, don't go in and have a heavy session, your body won't thank you for it, just go easy to start with and build up gradually. | |||

After the first week you will love it. Your muscles will need to get used to the stress. My best advice would be do a 3 day slip a week full body workout. Key is to stop the lactic acid build up is drink plenty of water and stretch your mucles out for one or two minutes after your workout. Well done mate. | |||
