That'll be me on monday when the kids go back to school! Not had chance to go for ages - so i'm soooooooo gonna suffer!

Getting very toned again in 2015 is one of my resolutions though! Feeling saggy right now! Xx

Try and be sensible, this goes for others too, if you haven't worked out for a considerable amount of time, don't go in and have a heavy session, your body won't thank you for it, just go easy to start with and build up gradually.

Funny how the gym's totally dead in December? My last kettlebells class there was only 2 of us turnt up and its usually packed out. Saying that aint been since the kids have came off either. Going to be feeling it myself come Monday. xx

An initial pat on the back for getting there. Keep going as now is make or break once you get back. After the first week you will love it. Your muscles will need to get used to the stress. My best advice would be do a 3 day slip a week full body workout. Key is to stop the lactic acid build up is drink plenty of water and stretch your mucles out for one or two minutes after your workout. Well done mate.

Haven't been for a good two months either and I was going 6x a week! Mad how quickly you lose your strength, I'll struggle squatting with just the weight of the bar and the doms will be unbearable!

Mine has showers but they are only the ones that you can jump in once you get out of the pool. I only live 5 minutes away so I run home and have one there

Should do a 12 week challenge, post a public picture at the start, one at 6 weeks then one at 12.

I can lose weight and strip fat but maintainance is so much harder, especially when you're an emotional eater like myself, if I feel shit I'll eat shit and then undo all the hard work!

its so easy to eat shit so I know what you mean .once I get into the gym I'm usually a good boy but have a sweet tooth

Ok I will do this also first gym session of the year. I need to loose my spare tyre

In the last 3 months my arms have bulked up, with some definite muscle definition......

My calves and thighs have got tighter, and I am definitely less breathless

All good but up for this also I am trying to do a 5km in about 25 mins

this is my plan to grow muscle .I know how to build muscle .its just the diet part I need to get to grips with but I'll work it out .30lbs well done you :0)

I need to get to a gym, I've never been to a gym more than once though, I really struggle to motivate myself, much prefer social exercise.
