Yes where ever there is a outside wall and your toilet is not conviently(in the winter months only)situated there the Cold seat certainly makes you JUMP but Is also a good Indicator on letting you know its colder than normal, use to use Toilet seat covers but unless washed Regularly do become un hygenic but good Otherwise.
