The Blower is the bloke ...... when he cums.

A Blow ( From Blowser ) was a prostitute.

1920.1930's Phrases like ' to blow the flute' or to ' blow the pipe' were euphemisms for fellatio......

There are TONS other reasons so I guess no one knows.
