Managing the fab habit

We've come to the conclusion that lately we've been spending too much time on fab, and as a result it's all become a bit tedious. So, for 2015 we're going to cut back our time on here to a maximum of one login a day, just to check messages etc.

Are you happy with the time you spend on fab, or do you think you need to manage it better?

little house on the praire

I'm happy with it, when I'm home alone I log on when I'm doing something I don't. I'm certainly not one of these that have to log on when with friends or out and about.

So although I'm on a lot I do t think I'm a fab addict

I'm spending far too much time on here.

I'm on sick leave atm and will be for a few more months due to being on crutches I'm not getting out and about as usual so constantly logging on and even finding myself replying to messages I wouldn't normally reply to

I do think this site can be addictive. When I do log on I tend to be on for ages, but can go days without logging on

Every so often I feel like I'm spending too much time on here, so I just put more effort into doing something else like reading a few new books, doing some exercise etc. and have a break for a bit. It's never difficult, because it's usually just when I'm bored that I'm on here all the time anyway.

London, Scotland & The North,

I agree with the OP if your time is disproportionate with your desired outcome.

I spend too much time on here but I log on then wonder off to do other things or turn my phone face down when I'm in work then forget.

I don't log on when I'm in company, that would be rude and quite sad.

I'm starting my get slimmer and fitter plan in the New Year so will be on less
