Profile do's and dont's

Simple questions, what do people look for in a profile, certain keywords and impressions or do most people just skip to the pictures. What works and what doesn't xx

I like the funny profiles. can't stand miserable moaning fucks. I couldn't give a tos how good someone looks if they've no sense of humour I've no interest

More than a few words work best for me. I like to have an insight into a potential playmate. Not a fan of ranty no lists.

No anal

no beards

no marmite

no locals

no long distance

no straight guys

no time wasters

You get the idea...

I like a profile that shows personality. I dislike ones that only talk about sex. But it's a totally subjective debate and I believe that like attracts like and a profile should therefore be what the individual wantsit to be rather than thinks it should be

No Marmite? That would put me off straight away. I agree with everyone else, a sense of humour is a essential, as is a sense of perspective. Arrogance is the big no for me, alongside aggressive statuses that have "ffs" in them.

Buyers market mate. I hardly ever get approached with a first message, don't get a lot of messages back. It isn't your profile or your pics putting people off, it is just tricky getting to the top of the pile with so many other blokes about.

Be patient and be yourself!

I try to get an overall idea of what they are like. First I check their age range ( No point in persisting if they are not looking for my age group!) and my gender. Secondly I check out their pics to see if they apeal or not and finally read the profile to see if what they are looking matches mine. If the profile is a bit sparce I tend to be sceptical about it. If they haven't made an effort with their profile then they would make less effort to meet. Like what has already been stated it is very subjective.

Is this how others do it or am I unique?
