Should imagine it's just like the preparation we put in when we use the strap on. Slow build up with toys tongues and lots of lube and sometimes restraints. It's so much easier when you have someone who is competent at what they are doing.

I'd suggest getting some experience before letting anyone restrain you. Also bear in mind a guy with a hardon can soon lose his ability to remember your boundaries. This come from bitter experience.
