South East Midlands NOT

I don't bother making any. Any changes I make are made when I feel the need to. Not just because it's the beginning of a new year.

southend

I didn't make any last year and had the best year I've had in a long time. So this year I'm going to follow the same tradition and see what I can achieve this year.

Thanks. I did a marathon back in May but I've been unwell and gained weight since then, but onwards and upwards

I didn't see the point of waiting 4 months to do what I wanted to do so I started in September. But i suppose my resolution is to carry it on, spend more time In the gym and lift heavier

Carry on not trying to lose weight and watching it fall off. Attempt to ditch the fags again just finding the 'want to give up'.

And the best one which will be easy is to have as much fun both fab and 'real life' as I can squeeze in!

Made a resolution some years back to have no more New Year's Resolutions. It's the only one I have ever been able to keep. I'm going to stick with it.

I think I'll be trying to find a new exercise based hobby, footy and occasionally rugby are flaring up old injuries...other than that I'm debating a bit of travel in Europe, and a bit of socialising with fab forum people!
