I fancied some jam in my rice pudding today but when I screwed the top off I noticed it had gone mouldy!

So, has anything disappointed you today apart from wasting time reading this post y?

. Did my shopping in a rush and bought goose fat instead of brandy butter. They were stacked closely together and looked the same to me .Will check the labels next time.

Keep jam in the fridge and it will last a lot longer and rarely go mouldy.

I did just that, put the half jar of contents in a bowl, and poured rice pudding over it. I checked Google after I'd eaten it to make sure what I did was safe

. Hope he is better soon. As long as he did not eat any fruit with pips or stuffing he should be OK..There was a detailed article in the Daily Mail yesterday about the danger to dogs of some Xmas goodies .

. Is he insured for vets bills ?. If he is still unwell to morrow a check up might be necessary.

. Did he eat any of the wipes . If he is insured and has never been ill before , I think I would take him to the vets anyway just to be on the safe side or phone the insurers helpline for some guidance .

when i woke up he was nowhere near them the other dog was surrounded by wrapping paper looking all guilty only the corner of them was open and one poking out there was no sign of any ripped up i know even the fat greedy dog wouldn't have eaten one but tore it up yes so 100% sure he wouldn't have eaten one maybe he had a go at trying to pull one out of the little hole they made and thagt way would have tasted it that could also explain him not wanting to un wrap his present infact thinking of it none of them would open there present
