Vegetables in a Christmas dinner that is? Now I realise for some that will be any or one (potatoes) but I can't be the only one who likes them.

Love some honey roasted parsnips or cheesy leeks. All about the veg to support a load of different meats!

We had our xmas dinner yesterday x roast potatoes, carrots, brocili, sprouts, cauliflower cheese and parsnips yummy

Well that was delicious.

Starter included:

Lettuce

Tomato

Red pepper

Main:

Roast potatoes

Roast carrots

Roast parsnips

Roast artichokes

Green beans

Broccoli

Cabbage

Brussels sprouts

There was also meant to be cauliflower cheese but I forgot and peas and sweetcorn which I decided against.
